OneSchool is the department’s comprehensive software suite that schools use to run safe, secure, sustainable and consistent reporting and administrative processes.
OneSchool supports teachers, administrators and students in:
- student management
- curriculum and assessment management
- finance and asset management
- resource management
- performance, reporting and analysis.
Each Queensland state school student has a secure profile within OneSchool. Individual student information is used by the school to meet its duty of care to all students, and to administer and plan for providing appropriate education and support services.
Parents with students at participating schools can access student information through QParents. QParents is a secure, online portal that is free for all Queensland state schools to use, and provides parents with quick, easy access to their student information including:
- student and attendance details
- behaviour information
- report cards and assessment planners
- timetables and upcoming events
- invoices and payment history.
QParents is a secure web and mobile application that allows parents* of Queensland state school students to access information about their child and to communicate directly with their school. … *For the purposes of this user guide, the term ‘parent‘ refers to a parent, a guardian or a carer.
